BOARD OF DIRECTORS

JUSTINE
President & Co-Founder
Justine Gonzalez manages operations, finances, events, and logistics as the Executive Operations Manager for Work Train Fight. She has played a very active role with Youth Boxing for Change from the very start. Justine is passionate about working with young people, which stemmed from her experiences working with children ages 6-14 as a counselor for Kips Bay Boys and Girls Clubs and managing undergraduate students during her graduate career. She has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Masters of Business Administration from Alfred University.

CHAND
Vice President & Co-Founder
Chand Nirankari has over 15 years of experience working with various non-profit organizations and social justice movements, as well as mentoring young people. She has been doing service work for over 20 years and boxing for almost 10 years, both of which impacted her life positively and made her feel more empowered. She is passionate about bringing those opportunities to young people, and is one of the co-founders of Youth Boxing for Change. She has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Photography and Video from Maryland Institute, College of Art and a Masters of Arts Degree in Individualized Studies from New York University.

ERIC
Secretary
Eric Douglas has been fighting for change for 25 years as a fundraising and philanthropy professional. He has been an active volunteer and mentor with YB4C since 2018.

DONOVAN
Donovan Jarvis is an undefeated amateur boxer, certified personal trainer and coach who has been in the wellness industry for over 17 years. He has been the head coach for YB4C since 2018.
